Lufthansa share trading
At German stock exchanges Lufthansa shares are traded at all German stock exchanges. Lufthansa is a DAX index share and it is listed in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Prime Standard quality segment.
In the US, trading takes place via a sponsored American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. The depositary is Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas. ADRs are dollar-denominated securities backed by the shares trading in Germany. The ratio between the ADRs and the underlying shares is 1:1.
