The Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft will be held as an in-person event on 12 May 2026 at 10:00 hours (admittance from 08:00 hours) at Messe Frankfurt, Hall 5.1 & Congress Center, Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main.
The opening and speeches by the Chairman of the Executive and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be broadcast live here without access restrictions. In addition, the entire Annual General Meeting will be broadcast live for shareholders via the Online Services. Please note that live streaming of the Annual General Meeting via the Online Services does not constitute participation in the Annual General Meeting under stock corporation law and, in particular, it is not possible to make speeches or request information from the management via the Online Services. Only shareholders who are duly registered and participating at the venue of the meeting or their proxies are entitled to speak.
The registration records will be sent to the postal addresses entered in the Company’s share register by 20 April 2026 (24:00 hours). From this point on you will also have the opportunity to make use of our Online Services for Shareholders again.
