In 2022, Deutsche Lufthansa AG will again invite shareholders to a virtual Annual General Meeting. In light of the pandemic development, the company is thereby acknowledging the continued necessity of protection against infection.

The 69th Annual General Meeting will take place on 10 May 2022. It will be broadcast live on the website www.lufthansagroup.com. Shareholders will again have the opportunity to submit questions in advance. Furthermore, the company is evaluating additional possibilities for shareholder participation within the virtual format.
