The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 27 October 2011 and amount to 2.80% (12,844,003 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.80% (12,844,003 voting rights) are to be attributed to AXA S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
