BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, Great Britain, has
notified us the following in the name and on behalf of the following
company on 10 May 2012:
The voting rights of BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, U.S.A.,
in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 04 May 2012 and
amount to 3.10% (14,208,087 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
voting rights, 3.10% (14,208,087 voting rights) are to be attributed to it
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
