The voting rights of Mackenzie Financial Corporation, Toronto, Canada, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 14 August 2012 and amount to 3.01% (13,782,984 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 3,01% (13,782,984 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
