The voting rights of Mackenzie Financial Corporation, Toronto, Canada, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 19 July 2013 and amount to 2.91% (13,379,136 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.91% (13,379,136 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
