• The voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 20 January 2014 and amounted to 2.99% (13,791,878 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.99% (13,791,878 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
• The voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 20 January 2014 and amounted to 2.99% (13,791,878 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.99% (13,791,878 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
