Nomination for election to the Supervisory Board

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG decided to recommend to the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on 7 May 2024 that Ms Sara Hennicken, Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius Management SE, be elected to the Supervisory Board. The mandate of Mr. Michael Kerkloh, former Chairman of the Management Board of Flughafen München GmbH, ends at the end of the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2024.

The Supervisory Board also recommends that the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2024 re-elect Dr Thomas Enders, former CEO of Airbus SE, Mr. Harald Krüger, former Chairman of the Management Board of Bayerische Motorenwerke Aktiengesellschaft, and Ms Britta Seeger, member of the Management Board of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

The election shall be for three years in each case until the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
