The voting rights of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 05 November 2015 and amounted to 3.19% (14,830,232 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.15% (14,627,698 voting rights) are directly and 0.04% (202,534 voting rights) are indirectly to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
