The voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 5% on 12 November 2012 and amount to 5.12% (23,540,259 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 5.12% (23,540,259 are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG. Of those voting rights arising from 23,540,259 ordinary shares, voting rights arising from ordinary shares representing more than 3% were held by EuroPacific Growth Fund, Los Angeles, USA which is thus are shareholder holding a stake of 3% or more in the voting rights in Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft.
