On 14 February 2013, we have received the following notification pursuant section 21 (1) WpHG:

The voting rights of BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 5% on 12 February 2013 and amounted to 5.02% (23,094,035 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 5.02% (23,094,035 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
