The voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 12 August 2014 and amounted to 2.99% (13,788,163 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.99% (13,788,163 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 12 August 2014 and amounted to 2.90% (13,374,677 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.90% (13,374,677 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
