Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG

On 8 September 2014, we have received the following notification pursuant section 21 (1) WpHG:

The voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold of 5% on 2 September 2014 and amount to 4.91% (22,628,681 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 4.91% (22,628,681 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG. Of these attributed voting rights, 3% or more voting rights are held by EuroPacific Growth Fund.
