Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG

On 24 November 2014, we have received the following notification pursuant section 21 (1) WpHG: 

The voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold of 3% on 20 November 2014 and amount to 2.95% (13,663,966 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.95% (13,663,966 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG. No individual fund holds more than 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft.
