Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, UK, has notified us on 11 February 2010 the following corrections of the disclosures made on 07 December 2009 and on 05 February 2010: 

Correction of the disclosure dated 07 December 2009:
The percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 01 December 2009 and amounts to 3,13% (14,340,499 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 

Correction of the disclosure dated 05 February 2010:
The percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, UK in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 01 February 2010 and amounts to 2.29% (10,476,214 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 

The corrections of the disclosures relate to the correct name of the shareholder. In the disclosure made on 07 December 2009, the shareholder was in default named “BlackRock Jersey International Holdings L.P. St Helier, Jersey, UK” and in the disclosure made on 05 February 2010, the shareholder was in default named as “BR Jersey International LP, St. Helier, Jersey, UK”.
