In a letter dated 29. January 2010 Deka International S.A, Luxemburg, Luxemburg, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that her percentage of voting rights in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 27. January 2010 and amounts to 3.0763% (14,087,425 voting rights) as per this date.
