Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG

On 14 January 2015, we have received the following notification pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG: 

The voting rights of Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 13 January 2015 and amounted to 3.02% (13,996,622 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.02% (13,996,622 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. No individual fund or series fund managed by Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC holds 3% or more.
