Publication pursuant to section 30b (1), sent. 1, no. 2 WpHG

Making use of the authorized capital, 1,609,692 new no-par value registered shares with dividend entitlement as from 1 January 2016 with a proportional amount of the share capital of EUR 2,56 attributable to one no-par value share were issued against contribution in kind.

The implementation of the capital increase was entered in the commercial register, Cologne Local Court (Amtsgericht Köln), HRB 2168, on 25 May 2016. The Company’s share capital now amounts to EUR 1,193,340,011.52.
